In this episode, I talk with you about how emotional overwhelm can manifest itself and block your motivation to be more organized and what you can to do help "move through" it.
I understand that it's difficult not to be overwhelmed with all the things coming at us, especially now that school is back in session for most parts of the country. Whether it's distance learning or physically returning to school, both events for mamas are quite overwhelming.
