28. Taking time for restoration and rallying support after experiencing burnout- an interview with Colia Howell

Colia shares about her personal experience with burnout and how she was able to navigate through it and come out better on the other side.

 

Colia works as a real estate agent and has worked in the field of social work for over 13 years.  She is doing great things in the real estate industry while being a mom of a 10 and 13-year-old.

 

We not only have some real talk about burnout, but we also discuss ways to take care of ourselves and rally support from others.
