Have you been there before and can't seem to find your way? Are you afraid that you've truly been burning the candle at both ends? In this episode, I had the honor of talking with Colia Howell about a topic that I feel not many of us want to talk about: BURNOUT! Colia shares about her personal experience with burnout and how she was able to navigate through it and come out better on the other side.
Colia works as a real estate agent and has worked in the field of social work for over 13 years. She is doing great things in the real estate industry while being a mom of a 10 and 13-year-old.
We not only have some real talk about burnout, but we also discuss ways to take care of ourselves and rally support from others.
Join us in this episode...it's a juicy one for ya!
